WebOct 15, 2024 · I have made some attempts similar to creating a multi sided shape but haven't nailed an elliptical shape. what I am trying is a 2 rail sweep with a profile that attempts to mimic and elliptical shape after it is wrapped. Anyone else have experience with creating non-circular shapes on the 4th axis? Stand at the computer, looking at the long side of the machine. Hold out your right hand, like in the illustration. Each finger is pointing in the positive direction. The long axis is X.
