My husband spent about 3 1/2 hours on hold to them last week, so I tried to contact them by secure message. 13 days on I have only had an auto-reply saying "we're very busy". I now regret trying to open a new account with them and will avoid them in future. WebKent reliance asked me to pay 440£ for the checks and admin fees 🙄 I was very stupid to pay them and 1 week later no mortgage and no details of why.
