Carry a bunch of buckshot or anything heavy to get you over your limit (41/40 Kgs) then jump over and over. In one raid you can go from level 1 to level 10 and that will get you +20% run speed.

If you want to specifically "train" to increase strength, load up a backpack with shotgun shells (if they still weight 1.5 kg per 30) until overvburdened. Find a safe place and jump in place.
