WebUse the wire that has the small end for the bltouch and the bigger connector on the other end. Plug it into the main board in the slot with the pwm wires plugged in. Just go ahead and unplug those wires. Sometimes that fixes it, as I've heard that the sprayboard doesn't supply enough power for the bltouch. WebReflashing the firmware several times, from the BigTreeTech GitHub. Clearing EEPROM after reflash. Running G28 and then G29 from terminal. Increasing/Decreasing the leveling grid. Adjusting the screw on the bltouch up and down. Manually levelling the bed Triple checked all the connections. Tried changing Z_PROBE_LOW_POINT WebApr 4, 2024 · The BL Touch probe was in the down position on power up, but still showing red. It appears to have been stuck. I pushed it up and it immediately sprang back into life and the machine appears to be functioning normally now. I hope this helps. It has taken me many hours to find this solution! Actually, if probe do not touch the bed because of the offset - then nozzle will hit it. The stop is triggered only when bltouch probeis pushed inside by bed. MajestryMe • 2 yr. ago
WebAuto Home that bad boy. Once the carriage is centered. Get a thin piece of paper and bring the nozzle down at .1mm stems till it grabs the paper. Just keep sliding that paper around till it stops sliding without using force. Once you're there look at the offset on the LCD. It'll be -0.something. Maybe a bit more, but shouldn't be more than -2.5ish.
